Most of the peoples are seen using torrent every day in internet.In these people I am also one of the user of torrent.Somebody might be unknown about torrents,actually what torrent is? for the answer torrent is the highly popular peer-to-peer file-sharing activity that allows participants to send and receive files from other PC's or any computers Although it's often used for purposes that may border on copyright infringement, such as the sharing of music,movies, software's they have widespread legitimate use in many programs and systems in the world.
We all are using Download manager as Internet Download Manager,Free download manager,Mass downloader but the main different between downloading and torrenting is that

A Download is basically a direct file being pulled from a server from one source. and the torrent is essentially a small file with link information in it, telling your computer who has the files, and what they are called. When you open the torrent, it begins to search for other users with the same torrent, and begins downloading files from every single person (peers) at once. Torrents can have up to 1000 peers (very fast download) compared to downloads (only 1 peer max). Terms: A peer is a person who has the file but is not complete, you can download from these people while at the same time downloading from SEEDERS. Seeders have the entire file and only hand out parts of it that peers don't have, to optimize connection usage.or in short during a direct download, you are only downloading the file(s) from one server. A torrent allows you to download the file from multiple users and also share some of it back.In the torrent there is not any server where the file is saved it may be me or might be you from who me the files are getting downloaded and That is the main working styles of torrents.

Torrenting get started at ends at vast servers of networking which is known as trackers.Our torrent program (or "client") connects to these servers using a list found in the original .TORRENT file. Trackers have a list of all users connected to it and which material they're able to seed. Your torrent program picks from these users and downloads data from them.When connecting to the tracker, it registers your computer and the files that you are able to seed. Trackers also keep logs of users ratio your computer uploads : your computer downloads and determines the amount of bandwidth you receive.

There are certain policies of torrents which you should follow while torrenting.Somebody says that torrents are illegal but torrents they itself aren't illegal but it's misuse or abuse make it illegal.You should not use torrent for business purpose or selling your downloaded file and you the spyware or Mallaware is also one of the illegal things in torrent in some of country the torrents are illegal.You should be careful against piracy of file

or copyright law you might be fined or even jailed if you are found breaking the condition and terms of torrents.
