With new features window 7 is in peak position of all others operating system. The new lunched OS is new and excellent OS of Microsoft© after windows service pack 3.Possibaly it would be the last operating system of Microsoft which would run on 64 bit. It provides service to lock out the data within computer by users using passwords. it provides the three time for entry of password and if it goes wrong it erases data out hard disk. It takes 7hrs approx to bit lock the data’s of 500 GB.

2. User interface: It makes user to access data easily in one click. Previous OS was difficult to do so if we had to open word we should have to click 3-4 times but this OS makes us easy by keeping frequently used programs in tool bars.

3. Desktop search: Desktop search makes us easy to find any documents when we are typing first two words it matches and shows the program with the name matched

4. Internet explorer 8: Win 7 has kept internet explorer 8 as its default browser. We should not reopen two internet explorer in order to open it we can press CTRL+T to open new URL in new tab. Its main feature is that it opens any unsupported webpage in internet explorer 8 to its old style in its lhs there is one icon like add bar by clicking that icon one can go to old styled explorer. It has kept in private browsing in order to secure data without creating any temporary files or history.

5. Calculator: New calculator has been introduced after 30 years in Microsoft operating system. It’s interesting feature is that: if OS is installed in nepali version we can convert units as dharni ,mana and pathi  too it can be opened in standard, scientific,programmer,statistics, date converter, unit converter form. It has also features to declare comma (,) too and it has function to save old works in its history which can be used later on.

6. Speech recognization: It can be accessed by using microphone. And give command and make computer work on our speech. We can even type on notepad as well as copy-paste documents via it it,s one of great fun.

7. Multi features: Win 7 can be accessed by keyboard, mouse, not only speech, but also via touch it is challenging touch screen companies. As it can be touched in screen too makes it work but for this screen touch monitor is compulsory as well as it can be accessed by touch
